📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage and train a team of beauty therapists and aestheticians to deliver exceptional client services.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain high-value clients.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal service levels.
• Conduct regular client feedback sessions to gather insights and improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure brand consistency and quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing beauty outlets or similar roles in the medical spa industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments and products, including advanced aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software tools.
• Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
