📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential credit customers through market research and data analysis.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our credit products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Explain the benefits and features of our credit products to customers, and address their concerns and objections.
• Close deals and secure credit commitments from customers.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our credit sales and marketing efforts.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers throughout the credit application and approval process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit marketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of credit products, such as credit cards, personal loans, and business loans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Certification in credit sales or marketing is a plus.
