📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production processes of medical devices, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders and meeting customer deadlines.,Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on production lines to identify and address any issues or deviations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.,Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and safe production practices.,Provide technical support and training to production team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports, providing insights and data for decision-making purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the medical device industry.,Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 13485, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards, such as FDA, CE, or other relevant certifications.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
