📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Negotiate and manage insurance contracts with various providers to ensure optimal coverage and benefits for patients.
• Process and manage insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Provide medical advice and support to patients and their families regarding insurance coverage and benefits.
• Collaborate with hospital administration to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and policies.
• Analyze insurance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and other key stakeholders.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office Suite to manage insurance-related data and processes.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on insurance industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Medical degree (S1/S2) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, insurance relations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian insurance regulations and policies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
• Valid medical license and insurance professional certification (preferred).
