📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Create user manuals, guides, and other reference materials.,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards.,Review and edit technical content for clarity and consistency.,Assist in creating training materials and tutorials.,Work with marketing teams to develop product literature and promotional materials.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software documentation best practices.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
