Global Digital Niaga is looking for a dedicated Store Management Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our stores in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to ensure optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences is a plus.
