📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist experienced teachers and therapists in planning and implementing educational activities for children with special needs.
• Support the development and execution of individual education plans (IEPs) for each child.
• Monitor and record the progress of each child, providing regular updates to parents and caregivers.
• Participate in group activities and one-on-one sessions with children, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to create engaging and adaptive learning materials.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions to stay updated on best practices in special education.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to children, fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere.
• Assist in organizing and participating in community events and outreach programs to promote awareness and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children with special needs succeed.
• Basic knowledge of special education principles and practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Fluency in Indonesian language.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience in special education.
• Experience working with children with special needs is a plus.
