📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic cash and liquidity management plans to optimize financial resources and support business objectives.,Monitor and analyze cash flows, liquidity positions, and market conditions to identify and mitigate risks.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial planning and execution.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and financial institutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in treasury management.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to support overall financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.,Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and financial instruments.,Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.
