Depot Elsa Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Palu. As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any customer complaints or concerns.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies, as well as by upselling and cross-selling menu items.,Manage and train a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the menu and company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Work closely with the company's marketing and sales teams to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of restaurant staff.,Proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications or licenses.
