Plus Xnergy Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the cost control and financial performance of renewable energy EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for renewable energy EPC projects.,Monitor and report on project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.,Conduct regular cost reviews and analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks.,Prepare and submit accurate invoices and financial reports to clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure cost-effective project delivery.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior quantity surveyors and project team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in the field of quantity surveying.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on renewable energy or EPC projects.,Strong knowledge of cost control, financial management, and project accounting principles.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, or similar.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations, laws, and standards relevant to the construction and renewable energy industries.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
