📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are well-maintained and ready for use.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to vehicle operations.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff in fleet management.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain vehicle documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Valid driver's license.
