Conducting sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries,Maintaining a clean and organized sales counter,Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment,Promoting our products and services to customers,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Providing feedback to the sales team on customer interactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles,Familiarity with Microsoft Office or other office software,Ability to learn and adapt to new products and services,Proactive and customer-focused attitude
