We are seeking a dedicated Safety & Health Executive/Officer to lead our workplace compliance and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OSH, a commitment to safety excellence, and the ability to drive a culture of safety within our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive safety and health programs to ensure compliance with all applicable OSH regulations and standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.,Provide leadership and guidance to employees on safety best practices and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure that safety is integrated into all aspects of operations and decision-making.,Develop and maintain safety training programs for employees at all levels.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety laws and regulations.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSH management or a related field.,Certification as an Occupational Safety & Health Professional (OSH Professional) or equivalent is preferred.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian occupational safety and health laws and regulations.,Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs and initiatives.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
