📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
• Monitor and improve restaurant profitability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
