📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.,A passion for the food and beverage industry, and a desire to provide excellent customer service.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
