📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Design and develop training programs and materials to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and engage employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their learning objectives.,Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives.,Work with the HR team to ensure alignment between training programs and organizational goals.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.🛠️ Keahlian
