PT Bukit Astrid is looking for a talented and passionate HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Oversee employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote or hybrid work setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR or Workday.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
