📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging Japanese language lessons using online platforms like Zoom, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Teams.
Create and update lesson plans and materials to meet the needs of diverse student levels.
Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other instructors to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and technologies.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing student inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
Adhere to the company's policies and procedures related to teaching and student management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Japanese as a second language.
Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or higher preferred).
Experience with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
