📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing the IT department, including setting goals and objectives, and ensuring the department meets its targets.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Providing technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure, including implementing and maintaining security protocols.
  • Driving innovation within the organization, including exploring and implementing new technologies and solutions.
  • Managing the IT budget, including forecasting expenses and ensuring the department operates within its budget.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
  • Providing training and development opportunities for IT staff, including organizing workshops and seminars.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Experience in managing IT budgets and forecasting expenses.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
  • Certifications in relevant IT areas, such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP, are a plus.
