📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational standards.
  • Plan and coordinate daily routes and schedules for the fleet.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to junior drivers.
  • Report to management on operational performance and any issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Valid SIM B.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a driver.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software.
  • Clean driving record and no history of accidents.
