📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the planning and coordination of production activities.

Support the production team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Assist in the preparation and organization of production materials and equipment.

Monitor and report on production progress and quality.

Assist in the training and development of new production staff.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a production-related role.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with production software and tools.

Good understanding of quality control and safety procedures.
