📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing operational plans and procedures to ensure efficient and effective hospital operations.,Oversee day-to-day activities of the hospital, including patient care, staff management, and resource allocation.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and evaluate hospital performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.,Support the hospital's strategic planning and growth initiatives.,Provide operational support during emergencies and crises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or operational management role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and management principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
