In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand's online presence and engage our target audience. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our Palembang office and from home, providing a flexible work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the success of campaigns.,Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted outreach and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.,Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
