PT Oryza Putih is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our company's fleet operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and qualified.,Oversee fuel management, including ordering, delivery, and monitoring usage.,Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.,Monitor vehicle usage and track mileage, ensuring compliance with company policies.,Handle vehicle insurance and registration renewals.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
