In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.
  • Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective fleet maintenance.
  • Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and mileage, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all vehicles.
  • Manage vehicle scheduling and routing to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Provide training and support to drivers and other team members on fleet management best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
