Warung Joko Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from our office in Canggu, Bali, while also having the option to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administrative tasks, and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain financial records and documents,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports,Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely payments,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases,Assist in the preparation of financial statements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Fluent in English and Indonesian
