As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department by assisting with various HR functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide general HR support to managers and employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.,Conduct employee orientations and provide onboarding support.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR department in performance management activities, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and coaching.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
