📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.,Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Lead and motivate the management team to achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Represent the company in external meetings and negotiations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business.,Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
