📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available when needed and returned on time.,Oversee the fueling and servicing of vehicles, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies, working closely with drivers and external service providers as needed.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and maintained according to legal requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
