📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of training programs.,Support the Training Officer in conducting training sessions and workshops.,Develop and maintain training materials and resources.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the training department.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
