📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
