📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards.,Oversee the daily operations of the F&B department, including inventory management and staff scheduling.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the F&B department.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to F&B services.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Monitor and report on F&B service performance metrics.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of F&B service strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B service management or a related field.,Proven track record in managing F&B operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and staff scheduling software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.
