📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain cost control systems and processes to monitor and analyze expenses across our wildlife park and tourism operations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve financial efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget forecasts, variance analysis, and cost allocation reports.
• Work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost control and financial efficiency.
• Provide financial support to our conservation and operations teams, ensuring they have the resources they need to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the tourism and conservation sectors.
• Develop and deliver training to staff on cost control principles and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis, preferably in the tourism or conservation sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
