📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by identifying potential customers and qualifying leads.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.,Support the telesales team in achieving sales targets through effective communication and collaboration.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Update and maintain customer records and sales data accurately.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to support sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
