📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and order picking
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols and quality control measures
• Analyze warehouse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules
• Stay updated with industry best practices and implement new technologies to enhance warehouse operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management
• Certification in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar industry-recognized certification
• Proven experience in using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and logistics principles
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
