Apotek Krisna Bangunan is seeking a dedicated Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the efficient management of our inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect staff and inventory.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to inventory and orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.,Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
